Information about personal data processing
Basic Summary
The company Via Musica s.r.o. providing services via the website www.toursinprague.com processes your personal data since this is required to be able to perform the contract with you as regards ensuring the sale of admission tickets (or for executing measures taken before entering into such a contract). It also processes your personal data as required to fulfil its public service duties.
1.1. The controller of your personal data is the commercial company Via Musica s.r.o., having its registered office at Na Kozačce 1272/12, Vinohrady, 120 00 Praha 2, Company Number: 052 15 684, entered in the Commercial Register maintained at the Metropolitan Court in Prague, file C 259323 (hereinafter referred to as the “controller”).
1.2. The contact details of the controller as are follows: e-mail address tickets@toursinprague.com, delivery address Via Musica s.r.o., Na Kozačce 12/1272, Praha 2, 120 00, Czech republic.
1.3. The controller has not appointed a personal data protection officer.
2.1. The legal basis for processing your personal data is the fact that such processing is required for:
2.1.1. performing the contract between you and the controller or for executing measures by the controller prior to entering into such a contract in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”);
2.1.2. discharging the legal obligations which apply to the controller in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation, specifically (in particular) the obligations imposed on the controller by generally binding legal regulations, in particular Act No 235/2004 on value added tax, as amended, by Act No 586/1992 on income tax, as amended, and by Act No 563/1991 on accounting, as amended.
3.1. The purpose of processing your personal data is to perform the contract between you and the controller and to transfer information on the purchase of admission tickets to the organiser or for the controller to take measures prior to entering into such a contract and, moreover, the performance of all related public service duties by the controller.
3.2. There shall be no automatic decision-making by the controller in accordance with Article 22 of the Regulation.
4.1. Your personal data shall be processed for the period of duration of the effects of rights and obligations arising from the contract and for the period of time required for the purposes of archiving, according to the relevant generally binding legal regulations; not longer, however, that for the period of time laid down by generally binding legal regulations.
5.1. The other recipients of your personal data are persons ensuring technical, consultancy or organisational activities for the controller, in accordance with the instructions of the controller, including persons ensuring hosting activities for the controller and persons providing the controller with accounting services in accordance with the instructions of the controller (personal data processors). The organiser of the cultural or social event to which the admission ticket relates might be another recipient of your personal data.
5.2. Moreover, the bodies of financial administration or other competent authorities might also be recipients of your personal data, in order to discharge the obligations arising from legal regulations, in cases in which it is imposed on the controller by generally binding legal regulations.
5.3. The controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country (to a country outside the EU) or to an international organisation.
6.1. You have, under the terms and conditions laid down in the Regulation, the right to demand of the controller access to your personal data, the right to correct or delete your personal data or to restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to bring an objection to the processing of your personal data and the right to the transferability of your personal data.
6.2. If you have reason to believe that the Regulation has been or is being infringed by the processing of your personal data, one of the rights which you have is to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
6.3. You are not under obligation to provide personal data. The provision of your personal data is a necessary requirement for entering into and performing the contract, in that it is not possible to enter into a contract or for the controller to perform it if you do not provide your personal data.
