Everything about the opera is very well run, from the cloakrooms (no charge), to the programme sales, and the bars, where it was easy to order something to eat and drink for the interval and where the queue was very well managed with no pushing in.
There were surtitles in Czech and English, and at each seat a tablet that gave Czech, English or German subtitles as well as interesting background on the production.
